How to fix Usb-c charging not working with Anker 100W charger for Acer Nitro 5 AN515-57?

I bought the following power brick https://www.amazon.de/-/en/dp/B09Q6FD85Y

and tried both of the following cables that I will link, on both of the usb-c ports (one at a time so that I got 100W) https://www.amazon.de/dp/B0CBRX2R9Z

and the cable from the following product that should be 100W

https://www.amazon.de/dp/B0C4XVMT81

but my laptop didn't want to charge. I tried all 4 combinations (each cable in each usb-c port) and it does not work.

Why is this and how do I get my laptop to charge via usb-c? Is it some sort of driver problem? Does my pc model not support charging via usb-c? Shoud I enable/disable something in BIOS? Does my laptop have to be turned off so that it charges?

    @NckProgramming

Here's the available ports information for your laptop.

A "One USB 3.2 Gen2 port with power-off USB charging" means a single USB port that uses the 3.2 Gen 2 standard for fast data transfer, and also has the capability to charge devices even when the computer is completely turned off, meaning you can plug in a phone or other device to charge it even when the laptop is not powered on.

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊

So if I understood correctly, I can charge my laptop through my USB-C port?
If the answer is yes then why didn't it work when I tried to charge it.

Also, I only have one USB-C port, not two as said in the screenshot you provided.

I wish I knew how to help, but somewhat relieved I'm not crazy and it's not me just having this problem, though mine is slightly different.

Machine: Acer Swift 14 (Swift SF14-61T)

Brick: Anker Nano Charger, 100W MacBook Charger, Foldable Charger for iPhone Series, and All USB C Devices, 6ft USB-C Cable Included (https://a.co/d/a2Z3bra)

    Also bought a separate cord: Anker 544 Bio-Nylon USB-C to USB-C Cable 10FT, Eco-Friendly Fast Charging Cable, Supports 140W (https://a.co/d/8POjgxr)

What's REALLY crazy - my laptop has 2 USB-C ports that support charging (used both with the OEM laptop charger). However, when using the Anker Brick with the separate Anker cord, only one of the USB-C ports will actually charge. Even crazier? The 6-foot cable that came with the brick works perfectly fine in both ports! I had bought 2 of the cords, and same thing with both.

Figured it was just something with the style 10-ft cord from Anker, so bought ANOTHER 10-ft cord from Anker: Anker USB C to USB C Cable, Type C Charging Cord Fast Charge(10FT,100W) (https://a.co/d/8yHY3fX)

And the same thing with this one! Is it something about the cords being 10-ft? I can't imagine how, but this is just so bizarre.

There is NO WAY that those USB-C adapters will ever charge and/or you can run your AN515-57 gaming laptop as they are too small at 67W and 00W these adpaters are NOT made for gaming laptops.

Your AN515-57 oem adapter is a either a barrel type 135W 2.1A and/or a 180W 2.5A adapter, to charge and operate ypur laptop with, to charge and operate a gaming latop like the AN515-57 within its TBT4 USB-C port you need a USB-C adapter charger like the SlimQ 330W DC+USB C Charger that is made for gaming laptops and is the only charger to use.

Use the below adapter from the Swift SFX14-51G laptops USB-C charger as that will work, as this is a laptop that I've got and exactly the same as your Swift SF14-61T.
