Hi, check in Device Manager if your BIOS is version R02-A3 from 2022/01/27, if not update BIOS. If the mechanical HDD shows full but you don't have anything big installed it may have bad sector(s) or hardware problems, download HWINFO64 Installer freeware and check your HDD, if HDD errors backup the complete HDD to an external 2TB USB backup drive and buy a new 2.5" SSD like the Samsung 870 Evo V-NAND up to 2TB. Alternatively get a NVMe Gen4 SSD for the PCIe M.2 slot like the Samsung 990 Evo Plus up to 2TB and use that as your boot drive and the HDD for data or if bad remove the HDD and just use the NVMe SSD.

First though look at how much memory you have installed. The Aspire C22-1650 models came with as little as 4GB of memory, though they support as much as 32GB. With 4GB of memory you are likely swapping to disk, and with a HDD that will be very slow. There are two SO-DIMM slots in your system and these are the specs:

You really want 16GB if you are going to keep the HDD but can get by with 8GB if you change to a SSD. Your system supports an NVMe M.2 drive, which will run faster that a SATA.
