Hello,

I've been having a frequent issue recently where my Acer Predator Triton 14 will Blue Screen when on battery power (it never happens when plugged in). I've looked into the crash logs,

and the problem seems to be caused by the Graphics Driver. Specifically, driver: dxgmms2.sys and bug check code: 0x0000010e. I've already tried reinstalling/upgrading my graphics drivers, both Intel and Nvidia, and that hasn't seemed to fix the problem.

Has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it?

Thank you!

Uninstall all VGA NVidia drivers completely off your OS with DUU uninstaller and also the Intel graphics in Device Manager, then do a clean install of all the oem Acer supplied and latest VGA drivers for Intel and NVidia from the PT14-51 Acer support page as that is what your Triton was released with and these VGA drivers should work perfectly with, as and also these drivers will be updated by windows updated to the appropriate driver version that are suitable for your PT14-51 laptop.

So try doing that as it should fix the problem, otherwise check the 230W adapter of your laptop if its not faulty and change that, otherwise you have a problem within the gpu or its vram chips that you need to take the laptop to tach near you or Acer for further analysis and a fix. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

Note: that the GPU bug code 0x0000010e is a bug check that is usually caused by a video driver behaving improperly. If the problem persists, check Windows Update for an updated video driver. Was this page helpful? The VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL bug check has a value of 0x0000010E.
