Use a high power charger or use the charger which came along with the Chromebook

The "low power charger connected" message on your Chromebook indicates that the charger you're using isn't providing enough power to charge the device properly. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:

As Jack22 mentioned above, ensure you're using the original charger that came with your Chromebook. Third-party chargers might not provide the necessary wattage.

Inspect the charger and cable for any signs of wear and tear. Sometimes, a damaged cable can cause charging issues. Try using a different charger and cable that meet the required power specifications (usually 45 watts or more).

Dust and debris can accumulate in the charging port, preventing a proper connection. Use a can of compressed air to clean the port gently.

Ensure your Chromebook's operating system is up to date. Sometimes, software bugs can cause charging issues.

Perform a hard reset by holding down the Refresh button and tapping the Power button. This can sometimes resolve charging issues.

If these steps don't resolve the issue, it might be a hardware problem, and you should contact the Acer Support or a professional repair service for further assistance.

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊

You don't tell us what Chromebook you have, so we can't lookup specs on the charger you need. Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like xxxxx-xxx-xxxx.
