Laptop Battery Issue After Replacement and System Update in Predator Helios 300 - Need Help!

Hi everyone,

I recently replaced the battery in my laptop because the old one wasn't holding a charge anymore. Everything seemed fine at first, but after my laptop performed a system update, the new battery stopped working completely. Now, my laptop only works when it's plugged in, and it doesn't recognize the battery at all.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

Restarted the laptop multiple times.

Checked the battery connections to make sure everything is properly seated.

Tried rolling back the update, but the issue persists.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Could the update have caused a compatibility issue with the new battery? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
