When I plug in the charger it beeps. Also when I unplug it. Is it some setting? Because today I did the formatting, For some problems. I'm having a lot of problems lately, what should I do? Is this beep serious?

Check the laptops DC_IN port if its internal negative pin is not broken or pushed in and the barrel plug is lose in the port and not making full contact with the port, as the beep could be a warning that the barrel plug is not making full contact with the DC_IN port.

If all fails then do a Hard Reset by removing the eleven (11) screws securing the lower case to the upper case, open the lid in 90° and place the LCD cover on a stable surface. By holding the lower case assembly upright, pry the lower case from the bottom side to release the latches, following the direction arrow, continue releasing the remaining latches. Then remove the lower case.

Disconnect the main battery cable from the MB, then disconnect the RTC/BIOS battery and then short the bios batteries + & - pins at the mainboard plug (at the plug shown below) to reset CMOS, then take the 1x ram module out.

Leave the laptop like that for at least 30 min (preferably overnight) and then reconnect everything, as the laptop should turn on and boot properly and you should not have a beeping noise, Good luck and hope this helps you out..

I simply turned down the volume on something called realtek hd universal service and the beep disappeared..
