Using DisplayPort or HDMI, I am unable to get HDR to show as capable with this monitor with intel ARC. My card is the ARC B580. HDR works with my Xbox Series X. I posed the question in intel communities and they are looking at it further with the diagnostic upload I gave but suggested I also reach out to acer… well I bought this monitor during the pandemic so the warranty is surely expired to ask them through support. I figured I'd try at least to post here. I do have the acer monitor driver loaded in windows.

I am able to get freesync premium to work, over DisplayPort just fine, and I'm using the port indicated on the card as the primary port to use. However the Intel software and windows both say the monitor doesn't support HDR. Has anyone else seen this or know more?

Does it say HDR supported? Try to update the Intel ARC B580 driver.

Latest drivers yes, currently running the latest one that came out two days ago. HDR profile in the monitor turned on as well (HDR has an enabled/disabled control in the monitor) @AnhEZ28
