I have my Predator Triton 300 and I want to upgrade both RAM and SSD now as it is very old now and a bit slow with having 8GB of ram in it.

I have a model with i5 9th gen, DDR4 8gb RAM, 256GB SSD and 1TB HDD and Nvidia GTX 1650. So I want to upgrade RAM to highest I guess its 32GB only so for that I have to buy 2 [16-16GB] of RAM having 3200 MHz or different.
Also, I want to know which SSD should I buy like will it support GEN4 or not, also I want to know how much SSD will it take at most, as of now I am having 256GB SSD in 1 slot and maximum how much will it support.

Could anyone please help me for this.

Your Predator Triton is the model Predator PT315-51 so refer to it with that model number, the ram upgrade is dependent on the cpu and this laptop has either the i5-9300H or i5-9350H and the i7-9750H which all have Memory Types DDR4-2666, LPDDR3-2133 as it smax speed, putting DDR4-3200MT/s CL 22 type ram will be down clocked to 2666MT/s ram speed so be aware of this. So fit DDR4-266MT/s speed ram

With the m.2 SSD this laptop has 2x slots and slot 1 is a PCIe 3 x4 lane only slot which is the boot drive and the second slot is a PCIe 3 x4 and Co-lay which means that you can also fit a B&M key SATA M.2 SSD drive into that slot. The quickest M.2 SSD drive for this laptop is the Samsung 970 EVO Plus M.2 SSD drive as its got excellent software called Magician that also has a cloning part called Data Migration, so I suggests that you use that. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

Ram upgrade up to 32GB max DDR-2666MT/s tyep ram

    M.2 SSD drive

Storage 1: is a 1x PCIe 3 x4 lane M.2 SSD and the 2nd slot is also a PCIe 3x 4 or a SATA B&M key M.2 SSD drive, the slot can take both.

    StevenGen

But FYI my processor is core i5 9300H
So now could you please let me know which RAM should I need to put and with how much frequency is suitable for my laptop. Also want to know maximum ssd support for this, if you please tell me that will be good for me. Let me share you some of the snippets from CPU-Z

Your Predator Triton 300 (i5 9th Gen) supports up to 32GB DDR4 RAM (2x16GB) at 2666MHz, not 3200MHz (it will downclock if you install faster RAM).

For SSD, it supports NVMe Gen3, not Gen4, so go for a Gen3 PCIe SSD like the Samsung 970 EVO Plus or WD Black SN750. As for storage capacity, it typically supports up to 2TB NVMe SSD per slot, but check your motherboard for a second M.2 slot if you want to expand further. Hope this helps!
