Predator Helios Neo 16 CPU fans stopped working, waiting over a week for replacement fans

I have acer predator helios neo 16... suddenly it's cpu fan stopped spinning and on 18 I filed a complaint... A technician came the other day...checked and said... Both fans are not moving properly...he ordered the fans I m front of me and told me to wait for 4 days...max... It's been 8 days still there is no sign of help...everytime I call acer they tell me that we have escalated your case...but the parts are still awaiting on online status.... How long I have to wait for this....Im tired of calling them... I wanty issue to be resolved....my laptop is in under warranty! Help me

    There is nothing per say that Acer community can do or advise you on, you have to realize that your PHN16-72 if that is your model, is a new Acer high end laptop and parts in your country might not be available and they have to order them from Acer in another country. So be patient as your laptop will be fixed by Acer support asap. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

    Thanks....but I find it very difficult on a laptop which is faulty. It's been 9 days and they just tells me that we have escalated the case. The service should be fast and responsive when you pay for the warranty . Customer relies on them when something bad happens and it's their responsibility to correct it as soon as possible. Regards
