My Nitro V15 r2m0 turned off for some reason and won't turn on. I went to the service center, and they have to change the motherboard and after that I just figured out today that the CPU has been change from AMD Ryzen 5 7535HS to AMD Ryzen 5 6600h. What should I do?

I'm sorry to hear about the issue with your Nitro V15! It’s frustrating when unexpected changes happen during a repair. From what you’ve described, it sounds like the service center replaced your motherboard and, as a result, the CPU was swapped from an AMD Ryzen 5 7535HS to an AMD Ryzen 5 6600H.

The V15 Nitro ANV15-41 comes with two type AMD cpu's lower end is the Ryzen 5 7535HS on the higher end its the Ryzen 7 7735HS (which they don't list in the SG) as Acer must have replaced your laptop with a mobo that is not listed in the ANV15-41 service guide as there is no mainboard with the Ryzen 5 6600H cpu.

The two cpu's have pretty much the same performance and there is not much performance difference between them, have a look at a full comparison between the Ryzen 5 7535HS vs Ryzen 5 6600H.

    Pros & cons summary

    Performance score

    7535HS - 11.63

    66ooH - 11.35

    Power consumption (TDP)

    45 Watt

    35 Watt

    • Ryzen 5 6600H has a 2.5% higher aggregate performance score.
    • Ryzen 5 7535HS, on the other hand, has 28.6% lower power consumption.

The only thing that you can do is demand that Acer replace the mainboard wiht the below Acer part number like your ANV15-41 laptop came with. As this is the only mainboard listed for the ANV15-41 model and I don't know where Acer go the mobo with the Ryzen 5 6600H cpu? Good luck and hope this helps you out.

Some say that 7535hs is just a rebranded 6600h and what i was worrying is the warranty and the compatability of the parts. What's the best action should i do? should i get a documentation from them?

I don't know what a certificate will do, but if you want, get a certificate so that when you sell it its official that Acer did the work and the mobo is an official replaced Acer ANV15-41 item, as if the AMD Ryzen 6600H cpu is a rebranded 7535hs, then get Acer to state that on the certificate for when you sell the lag top. Good luck.
