Hello,

How can I see the 150hz to my monitor? Is there some special OC setting from the OSD that I cannot find? I am currently stuck at 60hz (default HDMI cable + 4080 Super ) If I choose from windows 120Hz (max available) I cannot have 4k resolution, but lower.

The monitor will only work with the refresher rate that your PC gpu has, what model Acer PC have you got, as that will help us allot on guiding you. If you have a laptop then try its mini DP port if its got one? As a DP connection has allot higher resolution and refresher rate than HDMI, as your Predator X32QFS monitor has the below ports in the caption. Good luck.

    X34 Input connections

You don't set that from the monitor, you set it from your computer. What resolution are you using? Here is the timing table:

So, if you are in 1920x1080 mode 60Hz is all there is, you need QHD or UHD to get the higher refresh rates.

Hello folks! Thanks for the contribution to help resolve my "issue". This is what I see within windows with the stock HDMI cable that came with the monitor (and the same with the stock DP cable as well)

I see only up to 120Hz and if I choose this, then I have to also drop resolution which I think it is not normal

Yeah, with an RTX 4080 I would expect 144Hz to be displayed as an option there. You say it's the same with the DP cable?

Well it's not only to see the Hz but also keep the 4k resolution which does not seem to be the case either.. I've tried also an 8k HDMI from my TV but also nothing. Not sure if it's worth buying another DP? Are there different types of those like for HDMI ones?

As shown in the specs, if it drops the resolution from the normal UHD to QHD, it would also drop the maximum refresh rate from 144Hz to 120Hz. So what we need to find out is why it's changing the resolution on you… It might be a bug in the Nvidia drivers, try rolling back to an older version or installing a newer version.

Thanks! I don't believe it's the drivers, I 've had 3 or more updates so far and all had the same issue.
