Your SP313-51N battery must be locked and its fuse is blown, to rectify this you need to get to the battery mainboard and there is a solder fuse that locks the battery that needs to be resoldered as then the battery is unlocked and your laptop can charge it. But there could also be issues within the laptop charging rail that needs to be pinpointed by an experienced tech, as these sorts of faults need expertise and the proper tools to fix.

Have a look at this fix for an Acer Predator laptop that its battery didn’t charge and the laptop only worked on the adapter as the fix was that its replaced, copy cheap battery was locked as its capacitor fuse (as the Acer oem batteries have a soldered fuse) was shorted and capacitor fuse was blown and the charging rail had a fault too.
