If happened after an update. I tried to connect with a hdmi during start, to check the screen is damaged, no signal output from laptop. I tried by disconnecting battery, but still same. Can you get me a help please 🙏

If the update was the windows 11 optional update firmware which is a bios update, and you are getting “no acer logo and a black screen” then your laptops bios chip is bricked. The only solution is to reprogram the chip by either getting Acer Tech Support in your country to do that or contact a technician near you if they do bios programming.

If the update was not a firmware windows update, what could also be happening is that the EC and Chipset chips are frozen and you need to to a Hard Reset and see if the latop will boot.

To do a Hard Reset - Remove the eleven (11) screws securing the lower case to the upper case, open the lid in 90° and place the LCD cover on a stable surface. By holding the lower case assembly upright, pry the lower case from the bottom side to release the latches, continue releasing the remaining latches. Then remove the lower case

Disconnect the main battery cable from the MB and take the main battery out. then disconnect the RTC/BIOS battery and then short the batteries + & - pins at the mainboard plug (as shown below) and then take the 1x ran module out.

Aspire A515-56 RTC/BIOS battery plug, short its +&- pins with a metal screwdriver to reset CMOS

Leave the laptop like that for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight) and then reconnect everything, as the laptop should reset and turn on and boot properly. If not then its got either an eDP cable issues or a screen issues. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
