Acer Nitro 5 stops charging when gpu usage is high

Model AN515-55
Issue: It stops charging when gpu usage is high (playing games) then orange and blue indicator lights blinking non stop until I disconnect and reconnect the charger. When I continue gaming the problems I stated came back again.
Cpu temp was high( 90°C ) momentarily when this happens. Gpu temps was around 70°C during high usage. Usage percentage during gaming was 80% for both cpu and GPU
Solutions I've tried:-

reducing cpu max usage from 100% to 80%.
Lowering graphics quality.
Thermal paste replacement and deep cleaning.
Test conducted:
Disconnecting the battery and running on charger only. Laptop shuts down minutes after running the same game.
Measuring powerbrick DC voltage. Reading was 19.8VDC . Powerbrick design voltage is 19.5VDC
What have I missed here?

Recently sent it to a guy to replace thermal paste and pads, could he possibly messed up and cause this problem?
Pls help

You have done all that you can do for this laptop to perform in gaming properly. If you have a 135W adapter see if its pumping out up to 6.92A, you need to measure the amps with a multimeter and see what the adapter is pumping out.

You can also try to upgrade the adapter to a 180W / 19.5V /6.92A 1.7x5.5x11 type and see if the power does not turn off in high end gaming, otherwise its the laptops main power rail that is overheating and one of its chips is shorting out and turning off, to fix that you need to take your laptop to a tech so they can pinpoint the exact fault. Good luck.
