ULately I noticed that the fan turns on for small things, like playing cards (solitaire), or if I'm not mistaken it also seemed to me while I was on a site to watch TV series. What should I do??

You can press Fn+F or go to Quick Access to switch to silent mode. This will lower the fan speed curve and make the laptop silent in a small task.

As soon as I press it the fan stops. Then few seconds later it starts again, regardless of whether it is silent or performance.

Try to close most of the backgrounds app and set the power plan to balanced or battery efficiency.
