So a few days ago i was getting an issue where in nitrosense app all the text or images was dissapeared I tried updating and restarting the laptop but it doesn't work so at the end I just uninstalled all the three components of Nitrosense including the app and config which was preinstalled. Later I used my laptop's SNID No. to get the nitrosense installation zipped folder from the official acer drivers site and successfully installed the nitrosense. But now some features are missing from it like restricting battery power to 80 instead of full charge, the sticky keys, keyboard backlight etc. I saw the control panel and there was only Nitrosense application not the other two components (that might be the issue).

Can anyone help me to fix this?

Ensure that both your integrated (iGPU) and dedicated (dGPU) graphics drivers are up to date.
Make sure you have all necessary components installed. This includes the .NET Framework and Visual C++ Redistributables, which are sometimes required for NitroSense to function correctly.
If the latest version doesn't work, try installing an older version of NitroSense from the Acer support site. Sometimes, newer versions might have compatibility issues.

If none of these steps work, consider reaching out to Acer support for further assistance. They might have a specific solution for your issue

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊
