Will the 65W work for my Aspire 3 If 45W adapter has been out of stock for a while?

I have an Aspire 3 and I'm looking at a second adapter and cord. https://store.acer.com/en-us/45w-adapter-with-power-cord-small-pin has been out of stock for months. I tried buying it from a partner storefront in Canada, but they stole from me, took my money without delivering a product. I'm in the US, so back to the main store.

I see https://store.acer.com/en-us/ak-065ap-200 and it's in stock. Will that work with my laptop?

Yes, if the pin size is is the same the 65-W power adapter will work fine for your Aspire 3. Check the pin size of the original adapter, I believe it is: 3.0mm x 1.1mm.
