Aspire A715-76G-560W Notebook randomly activates cooling in Silent mode issue, Is it a Driver issue?

In Silent mode, when the CPU is not under load (40-45°C max, GPU disabled), the notebook randomly and periodically (every 0.5 - 5 minutes) activates cooling for several seconds before switching back to Silent mode.
When cooling activates, and I press Fn + F several times to reselect Silent mode, the notebook instantly goes silent again.
However, I need a truly stable Silent mode when the notebook is not under load (for example, when only an RDP client is running).

Is this a driver issue, or should I configure something? Or is this not an issue at all, and I just have a different perception of silence?

Hi, use Balanced Power Plan in Windows and Best Power Efficiency mode in Power & battery (see picture):

Setting the Balanced power plan with Best Power Efficiency mode doesn’t help, all the same.Based on my observations, while idle, the CPU temperature stays between 39-49°C (according to AcerSense monitor). When the temperature rises above 43-45°C, active cooling starts until it drops back down below 40°C.However, pressing Fn + F manually stops the cooling immediately, regardless of the current CPU temperature (in slient mode).
