I am trying to do a clean installation of win 11 via USB ISO on my laptop but keep getting this message after about 15min running on the Acer logo

I tried F8 & tried all of the selections but keeps going back to attached error. I was able to install win 11 before, did all the necessary updates until the next day it gave problems & had to re-install win 11 again. Since then, I get this error & cannot go any further.

You will need to set the BIOS to boot to the USB drive instead of using the temporary settings of F12 - enter the BIOS (setup as it boots) using F12 and get into the Rufus installation USB

Once you get it to boot into the USB drive (Rufus guide for a bootable USB) do the below commands @ C:

Issue these from the Command Prompt and hit ENTER after each command.

    C:

    • bootrec /fixmbr
    • bootrec /fixboot
    • bootrec /scanos
    • bootrec /rebuildbcd

After the above you may need to run StartUp Repair (even 2 or 3 times). Good luck.

I have nothing on the laptop & is trying to do a clean install of win 11. I have done the diskpart section to clean the drive, clear readonly, convert to gpt then created a primary partition. the partition does not want to format to ntfs or fat32 as the data error cyclic redundancy check keeps popping up. I have tried everything via cmd to rectify this, run chkdsk which does not work on RAW drives. I cannot access windows at all, I have used a new usb drive to install the ISO win 11 on, it keeps saying the laptop does not meet the requirements but have had win 11 on i before.

when i do diskpart list disk then i get the 0 drive with 456GB & my usb drive of 28GB, I selected disk 0, cleaned, converted. so basically there is no C drive anymore. i have tried to create efi size partitions, assigned letter to it but still cannot format those partitions.

I do not know what to do anymore to install win 11, the boot in bios does pick up the usb & does boot from it.

What is your laptop model number, e.g. for a Nitro AN515-xx for an Aspire A315-xx for a Predator PH315-xx etc etc give us that number first to see which platform you are trying to install Win-11 to and what manufacturer the PCIe type M.2 SSD drive you are you using. Thanks

Acer Aspire 315-32 i bought it with win 10 the i upgraded to win 11, trying to do a clean install of win 11 again. I did get it right to re-install win 11 again, did the necessary updates, etc but the next day it gave problems again & did not want to boot. So I am back here trying it again, this time I keep getting either the system does not meet the requirements or cannot install to that drive.

This is what is showing in my bios, my bios also does pick up the usb drive & its a new drive with the ISO win 11 on it.
