Finding replacement battery for Acer Nitro AN517-41, are Amazon or ebay batteries worth it?

has anyone bought any battery from amazon or ebay as replacement? does is good those batteries? because is hard finding the original and when u do it costs a lott

    What exact Nitro model do you have, as Acer recommend only their oem batteries but the eBay and Amazon batteries work but we don't recommend them to be used, as these batteries are old refurbished batteries made in of course China and are not new. So if you can't afford a new oem Acer recommended battery then buy the refurbished ones sold allot cheaper on eBay or Amazon. Good luck.

    Hi, I bought 2 batteries from e-Bay in the past 3 years and these functioned as well as can be expected from more expensive OEM-Acer endorsed ones. Avoid buying very cheap batteries (<$30) as these probably won't last a year or so.

    how can i know if this one is original? since in the videos ,all is the same except the right part, so i dont know if this is like a oem replacement battery with some details changed or fake

    i have an AN517-41 rorz, im trying to find original ones, but are dificult and in the places i found they cost like 100+ only one i found is the one above and a lot non branded

    These are the AN517-41 Acer batteries that Acer tested this laptop with and they recommend to use, also use the 3720mAh battery highlighted below. search the web with Acer part #: KT.00407.009 as usually you will get retailers that sell good batteries from reputable manufacturers that are not as expensive and like USD $39.46 (see here) as buying this same battery from an Acer reputable parts retailer like Zandparts Acer Battery Polymer 4C 3720mAh Acer part #: KT.00407.009 that is USD $114.31+shipping.
