I recently bought an Acer Swift Go 16 (**SFG16-72** - Acer Swift Go Ultra 5 125U/32GB/1TB/Win11) laptop, and I’m experiencing a recurring issue with the keyboard. Occasionally, the keyboard completely stops responding while the laptop is running. The backlight stays on, but no keys work. The touchpad, however, continues to function normally.
Additionally, when I try to shut down the laptop, the screen turns off, but the keyboard backlight stays on, and the laptop does not fully power down. Pressing the power button briefly does nothing, and I have to hold it for 10-20 seconds to force the system to shut down completely. After that, I can turn it on again as usual.
I found a similar issue reported for the Swift Go 14 (SFG14-73) model,

and Acer released a BIOS update to optimize keyboard functionality for that model.
However, when I checked the support page for my Swift Go 16 (SFG16-72), there was no such BIOS update available.
Has anyone else experienced this issue with the Swift Go 16?
Does Acer plan to release a BIOS fix for this model as well?
