Acer Nitro V15 ANV15-41-R74N shutting down while gaming

I've got an Acer Nitro V15 ANV15-41-R74N and whenever it is under a decent amount of stress, it tends to have a click and it either freezes and restarts or just flat out shuts down. Event viewer showed a critical kernel error and from what google has said, i might have a faulty or underpowered power supply, i'm guessing it's the latter. Is there a better charger i can get or should i bring it to service?

I hope you have your laptop plugged into the adapter while playing these games, as this is a power draw issue due to insufficient wattage from the 135W power supply when under load in games as your laptop has a fault in its power rail and the laptop is also overheating.

This should not be happening to such a new laptop, if its under warranty send your ANV15-41 to Acer tech support asap, if its not then take your laptop to a technician and get them to pinpoint the power rail fault that it has, as increasing the adapter power to a 180W or a 230W adapter size will do nothing as its not the solution, as your ANV15-41 135W adapter should power your laptop under all power requirement s=needs, as Acer provides the same 135W adapter for all the ANV15-xx and ANV16-xx laptops which require different power needs and this adapter 135W size works perfectly. It could be a motherboard, loose connection, overheating, or software issue. If you think it is a hardware problem, you should check the power supply first. Ensure it's plugged in properly and the cord isn't frayed or damaged. If the power supply seems to be working fine, check the motherboard.
