Unable to set Secure Boot to Setup Mode (Acer Aspire 5 A515-45), option greyed out

I'm trying to configure Secure Boot for my Linux installation but the secure boot mode is permanently set to "Standard", there's not option to change it to Setup Mode (it's greyed out). The BIOS options under Security "Erase all Secure Boot Settings" and "Restore Secure Boot to Factory Settings" seem to not do anything. I can only fully disable or enable Secure Boot.

EDIT: And yes, I do have set the Supervisor Password to do all of that
