Seeking help for Nitrosense issue on ACER AN 515-58 Nitro 5 with no response from Acer or Microsoft

This is now the second post I have made as my previous cry for help didn't come to anything, although one kind hearted person did reach out but have not had a reply to his question in what BIOS version I was operating on.

And I see the discussion as now be closed for some unknown reason.

As I stated in my previous post I have tried every download install reinstall watched all the Youtube videos I can find on how to fix this annoying error with Nitrosense all too no avail, I even stated in the downloads there is no EXE file in there and I am asking anyone who has a surefire fix to help me as my fans are on full all the time since this failure in September last year. I want a fix I have also tried the various answers supplied on here and reached out to Microsoft to no avail and left messages with ACER themselves also no answer from them.

I am running the latest BIOS V2.16 on Windows 11 Home 64 bit.

Please someone help if possible.

Try this

1) Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Update 3 RC https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=52685

2) Run 'appxbundle' type file in directory where you downloaded NitroSense. This file will be under any sub folder so check it all

If the above steps don't work, please tell me which CPU and dedicated GPU your laptop has. We can then try a different method.".

I have a 12th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-12500H and Intel® UHD Graphics and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 GPU for Laptops.

16GB Ram

Still waiting for someone here to assist me with a repair that will get my Nitrosense to work without it my fans continue to run at full capacity. I thought or rather expected those who have replied to at least respond to this request for help I have received 2 replies where they asked for more information which I have posted here but since then no replies

I have tried all the known repair suggestions to no avail so please can someone help me as Acer wont reply Microsft cant help and there must eb some way to get Nitro working again.
