Seeking help for Nitrosense issue on ACER AN 515-58 Nitro 5 with no response from Acer or Microsoft

This is now the second post I have made as my previous cry for help didn't come to anything, although one kind hearted person did reach out but have not had a reply to his question in what BIOS version I was operating on.

And I see the discussion as now be closed for some unknown reason.

As I stated in my previous post I have tried every download install reinstall watched all the Youtube videos I can find on how to fix this annoying error with Nitrosense all too no avail, I even stated in the downloads there is no EXE file in there and I am asking anyone who has a surefire fix to help me as my fans are on full all the time since this failure in September last year. I want a fix I have also tried the various answers supplied on here and reached out to Microsoft to no avail and left messages with ACER themselves also no answer from them.

I am running the latest BIOS V2.16 on Windows 11 Home 64 bit.

Please someone help if possible.
