I recently bought a new Acer ASPIRE LITE AL15-52H laptop, but it shuts down automatically when the battery reaches 15%.

Hi, if you use Acer Care Center or Acer Sense disable these programs in Windows Services (Properties-Startup type) or disable the options "Battery Calibration-Optimization and 80% battery charge limiter. Reset your Power Plan in "Edit Power Plan" and in Advanced settings change the battery setting to 2% and 4% (see picture). Don't run this laptop on battery only but keep the power adapter plugged in 24/7 and the battery always charged to 100%.

Found one cause of the shut down problem especially the Aspires E15 have a "safe protocol" with the easy access panel... it prevents the laptop of running with battery if that panel is open. so, if the screws of the back of your laptop are not tight enough, and you are using your laptop without the charger, it can shut down the computer by interrupting the power supply.
