This device cannot start. (Code 10)

An ACPI Power Object failed to transition state

i had this problem on the last month of 2024 and it has gotten worser.

at first the gpu keeps disconnecting while gaming, using obs, rendering or any other gpu related processes

and it will disconnect and reconnect a little while later

i have uninstalled the driver to prevent any unexpected blue screens and now it cant connect back

and i recently discovered that intel PCIe controller is linked to the nvidia gpu

i have tried every known fix even installing fresh windows but it still persists please help

i have also installed every update for bios and drivers in the acer website for my device

Unfortunately and if you did all that you did and you are still getting the Code 10 error, that is a sign of a failing GTX1650 gpu and its vram which can't be fixed or changed but if you are lucky and its the vram, that can be fixed. take your laptop to an experienced tech first.

As a tech will determine if the GTX1650 is fried or you can only use the onboard cpu graphics or buy a new mobo that you can upgrade the cpu and gpu to, so look on the web for a mobo for your Nitro 5 AN515-55 laptop as its SG doesn't list any mobo Acer part numbers so I can't assist you in that way. Good luck.

I GOT MY GPU BACK BUT PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS

so I used an intel troubleshoot software it seemed to fix the problem.
I am able to use my GPU and VRAM and can play games, but then unexpectedly or whenever it is for like 30 minutes it would freeze and turn of immediatly.

I did a system stability test on my VRAM and GPU there were no errors so far and I also made sure I every single driver or bios update from the acer website my computer was able to download(drivers which are only applicable for my system ofc).

But when I ran the stability test I noticed a drive was averaging 100 degree Celsius (my gpu and cpu average 60 in the test)

something called Acer nitro 5: ACPI was overheating to about 100 degrees where can i find that on my motherboard??? and why is it so overheated???

I ran an intel troubleshoot and it fixed something.
no i can use my gpu and vram

but whenever i play a game like for about like a time between 30 minutes or whenever it unexpectable freezes and closes

my gpu temps and cpu temps were fine averaging 60-70 degrees

so i ran a system stability test and the vram and gpu was fine there was no errors

but there was this one drive that averaged like a 100 degrees Celsius , where can i find this drive on my motherboad?
