I can't open it form the laptop button, (the nitrosense key), can't change profile modes, the profile label says "MUI_undefined" and "MUI_Mode"undefined"

Which Nitro model do you have? Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like ANxxx-xxx-xxxx. Which BIOS version is installed? Which version and build of Windows do you have? Which version of Nitro Sense is installed? They all pretty much have to match each other for it to work right.
