Those symptoms could be a frozen EC chip or and if you are unlucky a burned NVidia gpu 9which is common on these gaming laptops) you need to do a proper Hard Reset of your Triton laptop to see if the screen comes back , so do the below.

Hard Reset - remove the lower case of the laptop and disconnect the battery cable from the MB and take the main battery out. then disconnect the RTC/BIOS battery and then short the batteries + & - pins at the mainboard plug (with a metal screwdriver to reset CMOS) and then take the ram out, leave the laptop like that for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight) and then reconnect everything and with the ram if you have two modules only connect one and alternate between the two to see if its not the ram that is faulty, as the laptop should turn on and boot properly after this hard reset.

If the black screen still happens, then take your laptop to a technician that can analyze your laptop and pinpoint the exact problem as it could be an eDP cable, screen at at worst a burned out NVidia gpu that he can disable so that your laptop can have graphics from its cpu. Good luck.

Do the above as a hard reset will fix that, turning your laptop on and off 50 time aint a good practice as you will damage the laptop and the o/off key.

Do this for a hard reset. Its easy, good luck.

Remove the nine (9) screws securing the lower case to the upper case of your Triton laptop, starting from the upper side, pry to release the upper side latches, continue releasing the remaining latches. Then remove the lower case.

Disconnect the main battery cable from the MB and take the main battery out. then disconnect the RTC/BIOS battery and then short the batteries + & - pins with a metal screwdriver monetarily at the mainboard plug (as shown in the plug below), then take the ram out.

Leave the laptop like that for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight) and then reconnect everything, if you have 2x ram modules, only connect 1x ram module and then alternate and connect the other module and see if its not the ram that is faulty, as the laptop should turn on and boot properly. This resets the laptops main chips like its EC, Chipset and bios chips properly. Otherwise you need to take your laptop to an experience technician. Good luck

Update, I didnt do those steps yet but i found something.

I connect an external monitor on it and i have not turned off since i found this i just put it on Sleep mode and when i press any key Laptop came back up inmidiantly so i guess the problem here is at the moment i just turn off this pc o close the screen.

Is there any problem if i put my pc on Sleep instead of power off mode?

If you use your laptop daily or even 3 times a week always put the laptop into Sleep mode, if you are going to use your laptop once a week or a month then Shut it down and restart it when you are going to use the laptop. I've been doing that for 10 years with no problems. But you should do the hard reset so that you reset the laptop properly as you will not have those symptoms anymore. Good luck.
