Let's see if we can get it sorted out together.

Make sure to compare the latest available BIOS version with the one currently installed on your device. To check if you have the latest BIOS update for your Aspire 5 Spin 14, you can visit the Acer Support and Drivers Enter your device's serial number, SNID, or model number to find the specific BIOS updates available for your laptop.

Then, try giving the fan and vents a good clean. Dust and debris can build up quickly and cause all sorts of noise. Carefully open up your laptop and use some compressed air to clear out any dust. Also, make sure there are no small objects blocking the fan. If that doesn't help, updating your BIOS and drivers might do the trick, as manufacturers often release updates to improve fan control. Adjusting your power settings to "Balanced" or "Power Saver" can also reduce the fan's workload. If the noise persists, it might be time to consider replacing the fan, which could require professional help. If you need more detailed guidance, don't hesitate to reach out to Acer support or a technician.

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊
