    Hello, good morning.
Check with CPU-Z, the Memory and SPD tab for the specifications of the native memory module, as it can be either DDR4 or DDR5.

my laptop currently has 16Gb ram ddr5 bus 4800Mhz. i plan to upgrade the ram to 32Gb ram ddr5 bus 5200Mhz. i have researched and know that i7 12700h supports up to ddr5 5200Mhz, but i am not sure if this is suitable for my acer predator helios 300 2022? i am afraid that acer only supports up to 4800MHz.

As per Acer document it is recommended to use 4800Mhz modules. You can use DDR5 5200MHz RAM in your laptop. However, if your laptop's motherboard only supports up to 4800MHz, the 5200MHz RAM will run at the lower 4800MHz speed. This means you won't see the full performance benefits of the higher speed RAM, but it will still be compatible and function properly. As RenanVilela mentioned above check with CPU-Z.

If you wish to use 4800MHz modules, here are few recommended for this model.

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊
