so, I sent my laptop for repairs and the technician re-installed my windows and these are not the original windows, I guess. I want to know if there is a way I could get my original windows back at this point.

Hi, there is no difference between an OOBE OEM Windows10 version, or a Windows10 version installed with an ISO image, the only difference is Acer's type of recovery partition, the OEM folder(s) with preinstalled programs, wallpaper and uninstallers and some custom settings in Windows' registry like Acer's Power Plan and other keys/apps. In fact, you are probably better off with a "Clean" Windows version installed by an experienced technician without all the bloatware that comes with an OOBE install job. All you need to do is download Acer Quick Access from Acer Support, I don't recommend using Acer Care Center, as that program hangs a lot, and don't try to limit battery charging to 80%. If Windows11 was installed instead of W10 the technician may have done you a favor as W10 becomes obsolete in a couple of months.

What laptop do you have? Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like xxxxx-xxx-xxxx. With newer models Acer will have a recovery image available that puts it back to full factory specs, either through their online store or through their customer support. If the technician was from an Acer repair depot, they should have used that themselves, if it was just a typical repair shop they wouldn't have had access to it.
