Why my Nitro AN16-41-R5KC order declined but still charged, and how can I get a refund?

I tired to buy a Nitro 16 AN16-41-R5KC Gaming Laptop cause it was on sale ,but when I ordered it my confirmation email said it was declined but I still had had a charge on my card for it, I try to call the help line but it just says there closed which is weird considering it’s 5am-2am for the advertised call times,this is very infuriating I’d like to have my money back asp so I can buy a different laptop

    It must be incredibly frustrating to see a charge on your card without a confirmed order, especially when the help line isn't available during the advertised hours.

    It's possible that you might be contacting the wrong region for support. You can find information on the correct support regions for Acer products on their support page Acer Store and product support

    You can also inform your bank about the unauthorized charge. They can provide guidance on disputing the transaction and may temporarily reverse the charge while the issue is investigated.
