How can I prevent my ANV15-41-R2MS (Ryzen™ 7 7735HS-RTX4060 8Gb) CPU From overheating during gaming?

Tinkerer
Like most gamers, we play Not intensive games and Very performance intensive games I play Both and I get temps over 90°C (194°F) On the CPU In game like Vanilla Minecraft, Roblox, and other smaller games. With Bigger games like COD BO6, Modded Minecraft, BeamNG (Running at Med to High), and a lot of others I get sometimes OVER 95°C (205°F) On the CPU at points. (Note: Yes My fans are at 100% at all time and NOT overclocked) I got my Nitro V15 About 3 months ago, I have cleaned the gunk out of the fan about 6 times, Never removed the copper cooler (yet), and I'm I'm tyerd of seeing me new laptop overheat SO much, When I'm playing Minecraft at load (CPU-45%, GPU-65%) My Temps on the CPU are at 86-92°C all the time and funny to my GPU temp is at 65-75°C….. So I'm just looking for tips or if there is something wrong with my laptop!

Try to replace the thermal paste. PTM7950 works the best for me.

Only do the repaste if the laptop is out of warranty as if its still under warranty repasting the cpu/gpu will void the warranty from Acer. Good luck.

Make sure that you have all the windows updates for 24H2 and its last OS build: 26100.3037 and all the bios and firmware up to date first. Then update the RTX4060 gpu driver that you have, and I also recommend that your laptops ANV15-41-R2MS to be run at a min 32 GB DDR5-4800 MT/s CL40 type ram preferably for high end gaming or even the same ram secs at 64GB, as your ANV15-41-R2MS laptop can also run at a max 64GB 2x 32 GB DDR5-4800 MT/s CL40 type ram, as more ram tends to make these laptops run cooler. Good luck.

Thanks for Telling me, I did Upgrade my RAM already to 2x 16 GB DDR5-4800 MT/s.
I already Updated my Windows, GPU, and CPU drivers to the latest update, besides the BIOS.
I Updated the BIOS Last night and played Minecraft again and still had temps over 200F at 40%CPU
If I need to get more RAM that fine but is weard for me, Thx again for the help!0 -

This is what Acer tested the ANV15-41 cpu/gpu laptop in performance mode, so your temps should be the same.

@StevenGen Funny thing too, with the Max RPM of the fan, Right now at about 55% use of the CPU its hitting 89C - 92C
Do you think is do to a bad or small amount of thermal paste?
If So i can always do it myself. done it for years but i just did not want to take it apart that far yet. Its still new to me ): lol0 -

@StevenGen and @AnhEZ28 , Got a bit of a update for you
When playing games I seen on performance measures that the CPU Clocks to 4500mhz (4.5Ghz) When playing game with performance mode on in the Nitro Sense, When I'm in a lower performance mode, the CPU Clock goes a maximum to 2550 Mhz (2.55Ghz). I do believe that this should be looked into with all of my laptops models so no one else's laptops fry themselves. (Note: There is no way to set a CPU Power or Clock Speed in the BIOS with the laptop. Idk if its a laptop thing or something else.)
