Warranty repair problem. Can someone help regarding this issue?

Has anyone have any problems receiving prepaid shipping labels through email for warranty repair with this company is called Thursday for an overheating cpu problem. the acer support told me I'd receive the prepaid shipping label within 24 hrs ...24hrs co.e i call again they said I'd get it the next day ..still nothing I call again they said they don't count weekend days as business days I'd get it Monday still nothing ..I call a few hrs ago saying I want my email now n they said I have to talk to a supervisor, and I'll have to call early tomorrow. Feel like I'm getting played with...my almost 2000 dollar brand new laptop is nothing more than a paperweight sitting waiting to get fixed with no straight answers can someone help!!
