Ok now Im losing my patience here, just recently my power button wont work unless I hold it 30 seconds to reset it and then power it on.

Now, out of nowhere, the Nitrosense has broken down, basically, the whole UI, it was not giving any information, nor can I change modes from daily use to gaming, So, I tried to reinstall from the driver's section, and uninstalled the previous one, and now, the reinstalled one is not even under programs installed of windows,

and the nitrosenselauncher.exe file inside program files is also not working. Somehow, I tried to tweak and install some shady old version of Nitro sense and It says MUI-locked beside the fans and temp meters. Please help

Hi, always post your full PC model so we can help. If this is a laptop, make sure the battery is fully charged, when you disconnect the power adapter (don't use a USB-C charger) and the battery gets discharged below 50% Nitro Sense is locked and won't work till you recharge fully the battery. To reload Nitro Sense, Stop and disable nsSvc in Windows Services and right click on nsSvc, in Properties change the Startup type to "Disabled" and click on Apply. Then run these 3 commands with the command prompt and try to load Nitro Sense again:
    SystemRoot%\System32\lodctr.exe /R
    %SystemRoot%\SysWow64\lodctr.exe /R
    winmgmt.exe /RESYNCPERF

Thank you for your response, Im currently using Nitro ANV15-51. I have tried all the possible methods to make nitro work, but looks like a new update broke it, so I deleted all Nitro files and cache and file.config. And reinstalled an older version which was provided in product support, and now Im running V 4.5.959, which does not have the personal prefernce option with all the settings of limiting battery to 80%, backlight, etc.

Also to note the broken newer version was installed from microsoft store, and I couldnt find it in MS again to reinstall, and my MS was also buggy for some reason. Here attaching the image of previous broken NS

Make sure that you uninstall all these 3 NitroSense apps before reinstalling NitroSense again.

Please remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.
Thank you and have a nice day!

I had this issue after updating the BIOS of my Acer Nitro V15 to the version dated 2025/02/06.

When I tried to use NitroSense, it looked exactly like in the video. I went to the installed apps in Windows 11 and deleted everything related to NitroSense (NitroSense, NitroSense Config, and NitroSense Installer), then restarted the laptop.

After that, I went to Acer's official website and downloaded NitroSense according to my product's SNID. After installing it, I got an older version of NitroSense, but it was working correctly. However, this older version did not have the "Personal Settings" and "Check" sections.

To fix this, I went to the Microsoft Store, and there was an update available for NitroSense. I updated it, and now everything is working normally with the updated BIOS.

I'm posting this comment to help anyone who is facing this problem.

True, everything until the old version has worked fine for me, but due to a bug in Microsoft store, I cannot search anything or update or install anything, so I'm stuck on an old version, well works for now, until I fresh install windows again
