I'm using a Nitro v15. It has a 2050 graphics card and I can't install a pending update on Nitrosense app. Also, I noticed that the nitrosense doesn't allow me to calibrate the battery anymore and do another maintenance check. Anyone has experienced this and what are the solutions?

    The ANV15-51 with the RTX2050 has an oem Acer listed Chipset Driver version 10.1.36.7- 2023/09/05 that is all that your laptop needs. I don’t know why Nitro Sense has an update for the chipset driver, as and if it doesn’t install its not meant to be installed and its a wrong update, do not fix something that aint broke in your laptop, so forget about the Nitro Sense update and just cancel it. Good luck.

    @RichardGB

    The update for the chipset driver in NitroSense is currently a bug, it does not want to install even if you already update it manually.

    Regarding missing the Checkup tab, you can try to reinstall the NitroSense app.
