A715-41G-R6S8 Laptop power off issue while plug in with Acer "aspire 7"
I have a Acer "aspire 7" With ryzen 5 laptop. After running it on battery for awhile, when I plug in the power cable from the Acer charger that came with the laptop, it shut down immediately. Then it won't boot up until I remove the power cable. Once it starts to reboot on battery again.

Hi, it would help if you posted your full model like A715-76G-518 and tell us if you are using a barrel plug power adapter and post a good picture of the adapter label that clearly shows the model and power. A USB-Charger will not work 😉

When plug in it shut down.
