Acer laptop-Registration product failure

Hi! I bought an Acer laptop a year ago and I would need tech support to fix the fan. However, the product seems to have been already registered and it doesn't let me add it to my account, it was obviously me who did this, but there is no information under any of my emails and there is no way to get past this point, can somebody please help?
