i remember when i first bought this laptop (Nitro V15 4050), it runs pretty well. now suddenly my performance decrease. even when play game, my gpu and cpu wattage wont go higher than 35 watt. since this laptop has 75 tgp i remember. and now i got this problem in my nitro sense. when i check only my cpu fan spinning. any solution? also my temp when idle is going 99 c, i know there is something wrong. i always turn max fan even when browsing to prevent overheating and it sucks

Hi, I don't know the year and model of your laptop but here are some general things to consider:

    • Fan Stalling: The GPU fan might be stalling due to wear and tear. This can cause the fan to stop spinning even when the fan control is set to max.
    • Software Issue: Sometimes, software glitches can cause incorrect fan readings. Updating your BIOS and Nitro Sense might help.
    • Hardware Issue: If the fan is not spinning at all, it could be a hardware issue. In this case, you might need to replace the fan.

Your Nitro V15 4050 is the Nitro ANV15-51 model laptop so lets get that straight NOT Nitro V15 4050. If the gpu fan is showing 0 rpm in Nitro Sense then change the gpu fan as its faulty.

Below are a caption for all the fans that the Nitro ANV15-51 model has. I suggest that you change both fans and change the cpu paste with liquid metal and gpu paste with a normal high temp paste and the vram chips with either normal pads or a pad paste, as this will completely fix the temps and fans functionality in your laptop. Good luck and hope this helps you further.

Btw these are the cpu temps that the laptop is set for in Performance Mode

    • CPU TCC offset: Trigger = 100c
    • OS Shut down: Trigger = 110c, Need De-bounce 6 times
    • EC Shut down: Trigger = 110c, Need De-bounce 6 times
    • H/W Shut down Sensor: Trigger = 85c
