It sounds like you're experiencing issues with GEM (Government e-Marketplace) authorization after the launch of a new category. This can happen due to several reasons, especially when new features or categories are introduced.

Here are a few steps you can take to resolve this issue:

Check for Updates: Ensure that you have the latest updates from GEM. Sometimes, new categories or features require updates to your account or system.

Contact GEM Support: Reach out to GEM support for assistance. They can help you with authorization issues and provide specific guidance related to the new category launch. You can contact them through their support page or via email at helpdesk-gem@gov.in

Review GEM Guidelines: Make sure you are following the latest guidelines and procedures for the new category. GEM often updates its processes, and there might be new steps you need to follow

Request Management System: If you need to raise a request for category upgradation or any other issue, you can use the Request Management System on GEM. This feature allows you to submit requests for changes or support

If these steps don't resolve your issue, GEM support should be able to provide more detailed assistance. Let me know if there's anything else I can help with!

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊
