Wifi option disappeared on my A315-34 laptop, tried everything still not working

I could not find my wifi option to connect wifi. It suddenly disappered. I tried everything I could search on google. But nothing worked please help. I am attaching pictures with model no of my laptop. i tried resetting network settings and reset my laptop too.But nothing worked. please help.

    Hi, run the Windows Network troubleshooter:

    BTW, I noticed that you have your running laptop on a soft cover/pillow, this will block the vent inlet and can cause overheating (not recommended).

    How do I run this troubleshooter. Can you please explain in little bit more detail. Also I dont see network driver in device control panel, can you tell me which driver I should download and add it as a driver?
