I’ve got an Acer n35 hand held, the screens froze and can’t do anything with it, I’ve tried resetting it and still nothing just words saying DOWNLOAD IMG EBOOT 6.2. And I’ve also tried connecting to the computer with no joy. Have you any suggestions please. I await your reply.

Regards.

Wow, that is close to the oldest Acer product I've seen here, 2004 right? We no longer have access to any info on it, other than the same thing you can find via an online search. I'd guess the OS load is corrupted, likely due to a drive failure.

    Hello Billsey.

Thank you for answering my question, it seems a shame I see myself throwing it away, I’ve still got everything it came with including box. Surely Acer could fix it couldn’t they?

I’ve still got a Psion organiser 1 LZ , I must have had that 30 years, it been out since 1984, and it’s still working.

    Regards.

My guess is Acer no longer even has the firmware archived for these… They are just too old. :(
