Hi @4badr the graphics card manufacturer's driver is not always the most suitable, as they are generic drivers, while the one provided by Acer is designed by NVidia itself to suit your computer with the data provided by Acer.
Try the Acer driver, first uninstalling the NVidia driver, and see how it works.

I know this is an old thread but, does it only happens when playing Valorant? because i have the same issue but it only happens when i'm playing league I've already played multiple games in my V15 but this behavior only happens when i play league of legends (so i don't think it's a hardware problem).

A black screen during gaming on an Acer Nitro ANV15-51 can be caused by several issues, including power supply limitations, graphics driver problems, or overheating. To troubleshoot, consider upgrading your charger, uninstalling NitroSense, updating or reinstalling graphics drivers, and ensuring proper cooling.

    Here's a more detailed breakdown:
    Power Supply:
If the laptop's stock charger (135W) is struggling to provide enough power, especially when the GPU and CPU are under heavy load during gaming, a black screen (or "light shutdown") can occur. Upgrading to a 180W charger may resolve this.
    NitroSense:
This utility can sometimes interfere with power management and cause issues. Uninstalling it and letting the laptop's fan control go to auto may help.
    Graphics Drivers:
Outdated or corrupted graphics drivers can lead to black screens during gaming. Consider updating to the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website or using a clean installation.
    Overheating:
If the laptop is overheating, it can trigger a black screen as a safety measure. Ensure proper cooling, such as using a cooling pad or leaving the laptop in a well-ventilated area.
    Other Factors:
Connection issues: Make sure your monitor is properly connected to the laptop.
Roll back drivers: Try rolling back to a previous version of your graphics driver in Safe Mode.
System Restore: Consider restoring your system to a previous point in time.
Refresh the screen: Try the Windows key + P shortcut to change display modes.
Restart Explorer: If the black screen is only affecting the desktop, try restarting the Windows Explorer program.
    Power Cycle:
Completely turn off the laptop, unplug it, hold the power button for 30 seconds to discharge any residual power, then restart.
