Why can't I switch to Windows 10 on Predator Helios Neo 16?

Windows 10 installation doesn't recognize my 2 SSDs on this laptop "Which came in pre-installed with Win11" that obviously sucks at gaming.

Did I pay that much to upgrade and buy this new laptop so that the "diskpart" tells me that my SSDs are write-protected? This is insulting, my money.. my laptop.. I'm supposed to make my own decisions about which system should I use.

Hi, I just got the PHN16-71 directly from Acer USA and Device Encryption is turned off, if you can't install W10 it may be a Windows11 security setting you need to change, or encrypted drives were installed later (many SSD vendors encrypt their drives). Personally, I don't recommend downgrading a Windows11 machine because of driver issues as Microsoft W10 drivers will be installed and may not be 100% compatible with this Acer laptop. Also beware that you'll stop receiving security updates for Windows 10 as of October 2025, and after that date you'll need to choose a security strategy, free or otherwise. I've checked all protection stats through cmd commands, and it says not protected, but here's what happens as it shows in the attached screenshots.. No SSDs detected, New Laptop, new hard drives and they only show from inside the operating system on windows 11
