I have just bought an Aspire A315-59 and Bluetooth does not work from two mobiles.

I have tried vatious troubleshoots and restarts without success.

    The BT should connect to your A315-59 laptop with no problems, it must be your phones that have problems or refresh the BT drive like below. Good luck.

    BT driver refresh

    Go to > Device Manager > Bluetooth > select MTK or Intel Wireless Bluetooth > right click the card Properties > Driver > Update Driver > Browse my computer for drivers > Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer > and then pick the last and most recent dated BT driver that is in that list, and reinstall that driver, as afterwards your BT should work.

    Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on both your laptop (via Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices) and your mobile devices. Restart all your devices to clear minor glitches. Additionally, open the Device Manager by pressing Windows+X and selecting Device Manager. Look for any unknown devices or devices with a yellow warning symbol, which might indicate driver issues. You can update the driver from here by right-clicking the device and selecting Update driver
