I tried reinstalling and updating the driver, took it to Acere support for repair.
They said there was nothing wrong with your device.
After receiving the device back, I updated all the drivers of the device.
And then the error still appeared.
I am quite confused, how to fix it?

Hi, the Acer Aspire A515-58GM is an all-round laptop that offers a good balance of performance for various tasks. It features an Intel Core i5-13420H processor, comes with only 8GB of RAM, and a budget laptop GPU NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2050. While it can handle some light gaming, it's primarily designed for general use. Increasing the RAM to 16GB and upgrading the SSD may help. Also check the number of background processes that are running 24/7 in Task Manager-Processes, if more than 80 you need to uninstall all bloatware and 3rd-party and preinstalled programs like trial versions, browsers and virus checkers. Keep the power adapter plugged in, don't use a USB-C charger and select Balanved Power plan with Best Power Efficiency mode in Power & Battery settings.
