Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing issues with my Predator Triton 500. I was using it yesterday and it was fine but now it suddenly won't charge. I already performed the battery reset under but it doesn't fix the issue. Hope anyone can help badly needed it.

Hi, if this is a 2019 model and the battery was never replaced, run a battery report: paste this in the command prompt: powercfg /batteryreport and open the report with your Edge browser, right click and select "Print to Microsoft PDF", attach the report to your reply, type @Puraw or use "Quote" when you reply so I will get an alert.

A slow flashing orange light on the charging port means the battery is on a low level and not charging.

    Try these methods,

If the battery is not charging with the AC Adapter, perform a power reset:

    1. Remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter or the power cord from the computer.
    2. Press and hold down the power button on the computer down for 30 seconds and then release the button.
    3. Plug in the AC adapter or power cord again, reinsert the battery, and power on the computer.

    If the Battery is non-removable
    Turn off the computer.
    Unplug the power cable.
    Turn the laptop upside down.
If your system has a battery pinhole reset on the bottom, insert a small paperclip in the battery reset pinhole and hold the button down for 5 seconds.
Connect the power cable and turn on the computer.
