Determing compatible RAM speed -V15, Task Manager shows 4800MHz but CPU show 5600MHz

My laptops ram runs sodimm ddr5 4800mhz/mt/s based on task manager while the ram that is on the laptop is a 5600mt/s cmd and cpu-z.

My question/s are :

1. What is the compatible ram speed for my laptop?

2. What speed should i buy to upgrade my ram?

    So the laptops max ram speed is 4800mt/s?

    My laptops current max speed is 5600 mt/s, should I downgrade or just add an 8gb ram with 4800mt/s?

    and also, is it okay to add 16gb 4800mt/s ram to a 8gb 5600mt/s ram?
