Acer Swift3 laptop beeping and charging symbol flickering while plugged in, what's the issue?

So for the past 6 months, it would randomly beep (like 2-3 times a week) when it is plugged in, but it still charges.

Just today, my computer died at work, and when I charged it, it kept on beeping (like beep-beep- 3-second pause - beep - beep…etc)

And when I plug my computer in the charging symbol turns on and off in the same occurrence as the beeping, so it is still charging, but it keeps beeping.

When I take out the charger, the beeping stops. When I turn my volume to mute, it still beeps.

I have had this laptop since October 2022 (it is my everyday work computer)

AC ADAPTER LOOSE WIRE

We are already familiar with AC adapter which converts AC Voltages into DC Voltages as our laptop needs DC to be charged but if for any reason the AC cord is loose and the AC adapter is not getting proper power it can make beep noise.
